These terms govern your use of blueglove.ai and any services you engage Blue Glove (“we”, “us”) to provide. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Our services

Blue Glove provides B2B fulfillment, support and business services to qualified operators of research-peptide brands, including 3PL services, product catalogue access, website buildout, payment processing setup, label design and printing, branding and design, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs), offered a la carte or in packages. The scope, deliverables and timing of any engagement are agreed with you in writing before work begins.

Research use only

All products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for use as food, drugs, cosmetics or household chemicals. You are responsible for marketing and selling any products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Blue Glove makes no claims regarding the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease.

Fees

Fees are as listed on the site at the time you engage us, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A la carte services are one-time fees, except printing labels, which is priced per label with a minimum order, and COAs, which are priced per product. Payment processing

We arrange merchant account placement with processors experienced in high-risk verticals and set up your gateway and checkout. We do not guarantee approval. Approval, reserves and ongoing account decisions are made solely by the processor under its own underwriting.

  • Comply with all laws that apply to your business, products and marketing
  • Keep any account credentials we provide secure
